Customer Success Manager
The mission of our Customer Success Manager is to build relationships with our customers and help create the best possible experience as a Graph Story Customer.
What you'll do
- Build strong relationships with customers based on your ability to earn their trust and deliver value.
- Build and maintain key performance metrics to track customer success.
- Simultaneously and successfully manage multiple customer relationships.
- Identify and manage opportunities to leverage new solutions and tools based on customer needs.
- Lead the knowledge sharing effort derived from the voice of the customer between all departments of our company.
What will make you successful in this role
- 2+ years minimum experience in a customer facing role - preferably in a SaaS environment.
- Solid understanding of the digital marketing space.
- Ability to demonstrate factors in retaining and growing customer relationships & the customer lifecyle.
- Superior organization and prioritization skills.
- Obsessive note taker.
- Memphis, TN
- There will be some travel required.
